Who is responsible

Ascendia Dynamics Lda is the data controller.

Information and purpose

If you send a service request, we receive the name, email address, and message you provide. We use these details to reply, discuss the requested service, and take steps you ask us to take before a possible contract. The legal basis is those pre-contractual steps where applicable, or our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.

Our website hosting provider and basic third-party asset providers may also receive technical information such as your IP address, browser details, requested page, and request time when your browser loads this site.

Forms and service providers

Our live contact forms send submissions to Formspree, which processes them to deliver the enquiry to us. Formspree may process information in the United States and other countries. See the Formspree Privacy Policy for its processing, retention, and international-transfer information. We also use a website hosting provider to make these pages available.

Some pages request font and icon files from Google Fonts, Font Awesome, and Cloudflare's CDN. Those providers receive technical request data, including your IP address. On the technology and real estate pages, Google Analytics is loaded only if you accept analytics cookies. Google may receive usage information such as pages visited, interactions, technical identifiers, and IP-related data to provide audience measurement. Retention

We keep enquiry information only for as long as needed to respond and manage the enquiry or any resulting business relationship, and for any additional period needed to establish or defend legal claims or meet legal obligations. We delete or anonymise it when it is no longer needed. Formspree may retain its own service records under its stated retention terms.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may ask to access, correct, erase, or restrict use of your personal information, request a copy, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. To make a request, write to us at the postal address above or use our contact form. You may also complain to Portugal's National Data Protection Commission (CNPD).

Cookies and analytics

The main landing page does not use Google Analytics. The technology and real estate pages use Google Analytics 4 only after you choose “Accept analytics.” Until then, Analytics is not loaded. If enabled, Google Analytics may set cookies such as _ga and _ga_* to distinguish visits and measure site use. Analytics data is retained according to the retention setting in our Google Analytics property.

Your analytics choice is stored in a first-party preference cookie named ad_analytics_consent for six months and shared across our subdomains so the choice is consistent. This cookie stores only whether you accepted or rejected analytics. Use “Cookie settings” in the page footer to change or withdraw your choice. Rejecting analytics does not affect access to the site or contact forms. Formspree's own site and cookie practices apply if you continue to its service when submitting a form.

For more about analytics cookies, choose “Cookie settings” on the technology page. We do not use analytics cookies on the main landing page.
